How to file a request
- Address your application, in writing, to the CPIO named above.
- State clearly the information you seek, and your name and address for the reply.
- Enclose the prescribed application fee in the manner notified by AITA.
- You should ordinarily receive a reply within 30 days of receipt of the application.
- If you are not satisfied, a first appeal may be made to the First Appellate Authority within 30 days of the reply.
Scope
AITA’s obligations under the RTI Act relate to the utilisation of grants or financial assistance received from the Government. Requests concerning tournaments, entries, draws or rankings are handled through the tournament portal and not under this process.
