India’s Girls and Boys U-12 teams finished first and second, respectively, in the South Asia Regional Qualifying and have earned themselves a place in the Finals ITF Asia U-12 Team Competition scheduled in November 2021 at Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.

After three days of action at Islamabad, Pakistan, the Girls team from India topped the final standings as they defeated Pakistan 2-1, Maldives 3-0 and Nepal 3-0 while the Boys ended up runners up with a 3-0 win over Nepal and 1-2 defeat against homeboys from Pakistan.

The South Asia Regional Qualifying tournament was organized by Pakistan Tennis Federation and sanctioned by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and Asian Tennis Federation (ATF).

The finals of the 2021 ITF Asia 12 & Under Team Competition will be held during the week of 22nd November.
