Regarding Participation in Juniors Circuit Tournaments

Dear Players,
 
This is with reference to the restriction of the Interstate movement for players participating in the AITA tournaments.
 
With reference to the above, since there is restriction of player(s) travelling to other states / zones, there are several requests from players/ academies to allow the players of different state/zone undergoing coaching in tennis academies in other states to permit them to participate in the AITA tournaments conducted in the particular state since they can't go back to their hometown to participate in a tournament conducted there.
 
Considering the practical problem, AITA is pleased to inform that Outstation Players undergoing coaching in an academy located in a different state are permitted to participate in an AITA tournament organised in that state provided that they submit a request through their academy(in writing on the Letter head of the academy)  where they are undergoing training  to AITA with a copy marked to the local state association. The permission must be sought well in advance.
 
Players will be permitted once approved by AITA which will be intimated to the particular state association where the AITA tournament is organised and this holds good upto 31st December - 2020.
 
Please also note that the player(s) will not be eligible to participate in the AITA tournament of his/her state.
